Sage Instant Accounts is small business accounts software with fresh ways to save you time and effort compared to manual bookkeeping. It's ideal for new and small businesses, and is easier than ever to use.

It helps you manage your money, customers and suppliers, including VAT, end of year accounts and invoicing. Video guides will show you how to complete key tasks and there's lots of help to make sure you get up and running quickly.
The latest version of the software (version 16) makes processes even more flexible and it's right up-to-date with the latest legislation. It integrates perfectly with new Sage Instant Payroll and Sage Pay, and 45 days free technical support is included on new purchases to get you up and running.

Overview

Sage Instant Accounts doesn't require any accountancy experience, and is ideal for new and small businesses. It lets you:

Sage Pay 'pay now' option

If you're a Sage Pay user you can now add a ‘pay now' button to your invoices in Instant Accounts for speedy payment. For example, if you send invoices by email you can embed a ‘pay now' button in your invoice. This lets your customers make immediate card payments online via the Sage Pay website - which provides more flexibility of payment as well helping to improve your cash flow.

Sage Instant Accounts Plus has all the cash flow, invoicing, VAT and end of year accounts benefits of Sage Instant Accounts, but with the option of a two-user license (additional charges apply), stock control tools and the ability to see business summaries at a glance.

• An IBM®-compatible computer with a 2GHz (or equivalent) processor
• At least 1GB RAM
• At least 1GB of free disk space after Microsoft® Windows has been installed
• Network users only: 1Gbps network with Microsoft Windows networking

Minimum hardware

An IBM-compatible computer with a 1GHz (or equivalent) processor
• 512MB RAM
• 700MB of free disk space after Microsoft Windows has been installed
• Network users only: 100Mbps network with Microsoft Windows networking
• Performance will be improved with higher specification computers and networks, and it only possible to install one copy on a single computer.
• Works with Microsoft Office 2000 and all later editions, and please ensure you have the latest Microsoft updates installed.

One of the following operating systems:

This product will not install or run on the Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows NT4 or Windows 2000 operating systems.

Apple Mac compatibility

Sage software is not compatible with Apple Macs, unless you are running Windows XP, Windows Vista or Windows 7 via Apple's Boot Camp utility
