accountsdoctor assist is our new online and telephone Pay As You Go (PAYG) support designed for the way we all work today. By using the latest technology, we can be speaking to you on the phone whilst whizzing around your desktop showing you how all that Sage stuff works, helping you to fix a problem or designing a report
Sage broken or just need a helping hand ?
If it has anything to do with Sage Accounts or Payroll and it goes wrong, we’ll do everything within our powers to put it right. If you would like to know how to use Stock SOP or POP, the Nominal Link (what’s that??) in Payroll or anything in Sage better, we’ll show you how, all at your desktop.
How it all works
We love Sage and we want you to, too – here’s our 5 step process to get you back to work, using Sage better
1. We will listen to you what your problem is and suggest how we can help.
2. When you are on the support website we will give you a unique session code to enter, ensuring everything is secure.
3. We will ask for control of your mouse down your broadband connection to do the work or give you some on-the-spot training, talking you through what we’re doing over the phone.
4. We will then go through with you what we have done to make sure you are happy.
5. With us gone and you never having to leave your desk you can get on with your day.
What is the cost?
It’s simple - £1.00 per minute purchased 60 minute blocks

- Pay by credit or debit card
- Minutes used are deducted
- Problem solved
There’s no high up-front cost and no tie-in to a contract
The important small print
Calls are answered by Sage Accredited consultants who have many years of experience and use of Sage products, and importantly have worked in business using Sage so understand the pleasures and pressures of work.
We endeavour to answer your call quickly and have your problem sorted as soon as possible, however, sometimes all consultants are busy helping others and in that case we will take a message and call you back. Our aim is to be back to you within 4 working hours, though it is usually much less, and in all cases we will keep you informed.
We will do everything in our power to get your issue sorted online or on the phone, if we can’t we will tell you what we can do and in some cases this might require us to visit your premises at additional cost.
